To install the Root Cause Analysis plugin, follow the steps below:

1. Log in as a user with the JIRA Administrators global permission.
2. Click the admin drop-down and choose Atlassian Marketplace and the Manage add-ons screen loads.on the JIRA Administration cog Image Added and select the Add-ons menu item
3. Click Find new add-ons from the left-hand side of the page and locate Root Cause Analysis via searchthe Search the Marketplace field.
4. Click Try freeClick Free trial to evaluate the plugin or Buy now to purchase a license for Root Cause Analysis.
   You're prompted to log into MyAtlassian. Root Cause Analysis then begins to download.
5. Enter your information and click Generate license when redirected to MyAtlassian.
6. Click Apply license.
   

Post install Configuration:Image Removed

1.  Log in as a user with the JIRA Administrators global permission.
2. Click on the JIRA Administration cog and select the Add-ons menu item.
3. Under the Feedback & Analysis left hand menu section, click on Root Cause Analysis
