- Log in as a user with the JIRA Administrators global permission.
- Click on the JIRA Administration cog
and select the Add-ons menu item - Click on the Root Cause Analysis link in the left hand navigation menu.
- Click on the Run Process button.
- The process will immediately kick off. Once completed it will provide you with job statistics.
