- Log in as a user with the JIRA Administrators global permission.
- Click on the JIRA Administration cog
and select the Add-ons menu item - Click on the Root Cause Analysis link in the left hand navigation menu.
- Click on the Issue Types button.
Select the Issue Types to disable Root Cause Analysis from by selecting individually or by an individual JIRA Issue Type or a group (Shift or Ctrl) of JIRA Issue Types to disable Root Cause Analysis for and then clicking the click Disable Selected Issue Types button.
Note Changes will take affect as soon as one of the two buttons are clicked. To make subsequent modifications re-open the popup by clicking on the Issue Types button.
The updated icon will appear when the Issue Type configuration has been successfully updated.
