With the Root Cause Analysis plugin, we have strived to ensure that we remove as much of the data that the plugin produced during its tenure as possible.as possible. Before using the normal plugin uninstallation process, consider whether you would like to also remove the associated data generated by the plugin.

To Cleanup the Data produced by Root Cause Analysis:

1. Log in as a user with the JIRA Administrators global permission.
2. Click on the JIRA Administration cog Image Added and select the Add-ons menu item
3. Click on the Root Cause Analysis link in the left hand navigation menu.
4. Click on the Data Cleanup button.

5. A dialog is displayed detailing the destructive nature of the operation.
6. Click the Perform Data Cleanup to perform the operation.
