To Perform the Back-Populate Transition Data Process

Log in as a user with the JIRA Administrators global permission.
Click on the JIRA Administration cog Image Added and select the Add-ons menu item
Click on the Root Cause Analysis link in the left hand navigation menu.
Click on the Run Process button.
The process will immediately kick off. Once completed it will provide you job statistics.
