Note

The uninstallation process outlined below does not remove any of the data generated by the Root Cause Analysis plugin. If you want to permanently remove the plugin and all of the associated data, first visit the Root Cause Analysis Administration page and run the Data Cleanup process.

 

To uninstall the Root Cause Analysis plugin, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in as a user with the JIRA Administrators global permission.
  2. Click on the JIRA Administration cog Image Added and select the Add-ons menu item
  3. Click Manage add-ons from the left-hand side of the page and locate Root Cause Analysis via the Filter visible add-ons field.
  4. Click on the Uninstall button.
  5. A confirmation popup will appear. Click on the Uninstall add-on button.
