1. Log in as a user with the JIRA Administrators global permission.
2. Click on the JIRA Administration cog Image RemovedImage Added and select the Add-ons menu item
3. Click on the Root Cause Analysis link in the left hand navigation menu.
4. Click on the Data Cleanup button.
   
   
   
   
5. A dialog is displayed detailing the destructive nature of the operation.

6. Click the Perform Data Cleanup button to perform complete the operation.Image Removed
7. Once operation has finished, the completed icon will appear next to the button.
