The Root Cause Analysis plugin Administrator's Guide is designed to help users with JIRA global administrator group privileges to install, configure and maintain the JIRA Root Cause Analysis plugin.
If you do not have the JIRA global administrator group privileges you will not be able to access many of the areas of JIRA discussed in the Administrator's Guide. Work with a user who has the ability to administer JIRA in order to perform any of the operations detailed within this section of the guide.
