The Root Cause Analysis Plugin Administration panel provides all of the configuration requirements of the plugin outside of the required workflow configurations. 

• Restrict the Root Cause Analysis panel/tab to specific Issue Types.
• Restrict the Root Cause Analysis panel/tab to specific Projects.
• Install the Basic Issue Navigator field searchers
• Back-populate Resolver/Closer data based on current workflows
• Cleanup Root Cause Analysis data from the JIRA database.
