Root Cause IssueThis is the JIRA issue that was identified by the Attributer to be the root cause of the Attributer Issue
Attributer IssueThis is the JIRA issue where the Root Cause Analysis is performed from. The Root Cause Issue will be set within this JIRA issue by the Attributer.
AttributerThe JIRA user who identifies a particular JIRA issue as being the Root Cause Issue of the issue they are performing the Root Cause Analysis on.
ResolverThe last JIRA user who transitioned the Root Cause Issue from a "changes may be required" workflow state to a "changes needs testing" workflow state.
CloserThe last JIRA user who transitioned the Root Cause Issue from a "changes need testing" workflow state to a "task complete" workflow state.
Defect Introduction FactorThis is the reason why a particular bug occurred.
Defect Detection FactorThis is the reason how a particular bug was detected.
