The Closer Summary field should contain a summary of your understanding of the root cause, how you could have avoided causing or missing the root cause in the first place, and what actions you will take in the future to avoid being attributed to a similar root cause.
The Before populating the Closer Analysis Summary cannot be updated without first selecting a Summary, ensure that you have selected a Defect Detection Factor.
