With the Root Cause Analysis plugin, we have provided the ability to allow for searching in the Basic Issue Navigator for the following fields:
- Root Cause Issue
- Root Cause Attributer
- Root Cause Resolver
- Root Cause Closer
- Root Cause Attributer Summary
- Root Cause Resolver Summary
- Root Cause Closer Summary
- Root Cause Determination
If you are unable to see these fields within the Basic Issue Navigator view, please contact your JIRA administrator and have them install the Basic Searchers.
