The Resolver Summary field should contain a summary of your understanding of the root cause, how you could have avoided causing the root cause in the first place, and what actions you will take in the future to avoid a similar root cause.
The Resolvers Analysis Summary cannot be saved without first selecting a Before populating the Resolver Summary, ensure that you have selected a Defect Detection Factor.
