Populating the Resolver Summary

The Resolver Summary field should contain a summary of your understanding of the root cause, how you could have avoided causing the root cause in the first place, and what actions you will take in the future to avoid a similar root cause. 

Before populating the Resolver Summary, ensure that you have selected a Defect Introduction Factor.

Populating the Resolver Summary Field:

1. Within the Root Cause Analysis plugin panel, click on the Edit Resolver Data button.
   
   
   
   
2. Add your comments into the Resolver's Analysis Summary field.
   
   
   
   
3. Click the Update button.
