With the Root Cause Analysis plugin, we have provided the ability to allow for searching in the Basic Issue Navigator with the following fields:
- Root Cause Issue
- Root Cause Attributer
- Root Cause Resolver
- Root Cause Closer
- Root Cause Attributer Summary
- Root Cause Resolver Summary
- Root Cause Closer Summary
- Root Cause Determination
If you are unable to see these fields within the Basic Issue Navigator view, please contact your JIRA administrator and have them install the Basic Searchers.
However, if you are an advanced JIRA user or have a more complex search query than what the Basic Issue Navigator can provide (or you think in query language), the Root Cause Analysis plugin also comes bundles with a whole slew of JQL Functions in order to fine tune your searches.
