Populating the Attributer Summary

The Attributer Summary field should contains a summary of the Root Cause Analysis performed including any relevant details about what caused the issue to surface, what you needed to do to fix the issue, and some insight into why you chose the determination that you chose.

Before populating the Attributer Summary, ensure that you have set the Root Cause Issue field.

You may or may not have set the Determination field.

Populating the Attributer Summary Field:

1. Add your comments into the Attributer's Analysis Summary field.
   
   
   
2. Click the Update button.
